CNC PORTED
1.8T CYLINDER HEADS
The stock Mark IV
1.8T cylinder head flows fairly well in stock form, but when power needs
increase a ported head can show significant gains. QED
heads are CNC ported to the same specifications as the “master” head that made
716HP. Careful bowl work, well thought out throat porting and an optimum valve
job result in greatly improved airflow. An almost 100cfm improvement in intake
flow over a stock Mark IV small port head can be achieved. Please see the flow sheet.

production and stock power levels in mind. There are several manifolds that
solve fitment issues and improve performance.
